Omikuji fortune
Omikuji

Your fortune

$35

An omikuji (御神籤) is a fortune drawn at a Japanese shrine. It offers advice on things like health, work, relationships, and travel.

We visit one of Kyoto's many shrines for you or someone you love, a different one every day, each with unique customs and offerings. We perform the necessary purification, make an offering, and follow that shrine's method for drawing the fortune.

Your purchases help keep Kyoto shrines beautiful and vibrant! We visit not only major shrines but also pay homage at smaller neighborhood shrines. Therefore, a portion of your purchase goes directly to maintaining local places of worship that might otherwise fall into neglect.
